Processing Times:

Orders are proccessed from 9am-2pm from Monday-Friday and posted within 1-2 days from purchase time. If your item is purchased on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note that a 3-4 days processing delay may occur during promotional periods.

Domestic Delivery times: Our standard delivery estimated time is 2-5 business days depending on where you are located within Australia.

FREE local delivery or pick up times: Free local delivery will take 1-3 days. Free local pick up will be available from 1-24 hours after purchase time within shop business hours depending on the stock levels in store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up in store.

Online returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Malia! - Therefore we offer a return period of 14 days from receiving an item.

Returns Policy:

If something isn’t quite right, you may return your goods for an exchange, store credit or online voucher subject to the following conditions:

  • Your return must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving online or in store.
  • The garment must be in original condition- meaning it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, folded neatly & all tags are still attached. As for Jewellery: items must also be in the original condition; undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Malia packaging it was received in.* Please note: If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
  • If item quality is approved, full priced items can be exchanged for an online voucher or store credit. Credits will be valid for a 3 years from the date of issue.
  • Due to hygiene reasons; All swimwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Pierced earring styles are also considered final sale and will also not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
  • If an item was purchased with a special promo code, the customer will receive a credit to the amount that was paid for the purchase.
  • All sale purchases are final sale and are not valid for a refund, credit note or exchange.
  • Please note, we do not refund or credit the cost of shipping. All customers are liable for their own return shipping costs. Malia The Label is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/ returns. We recommend tracking your parcel through a registered postal provider.

Faulty Returns:

We hope you never receive a faulty item & am so sorry to hear if you may have. We understand how heart-wrenching this can be. Please get in contact within 7 days of receiving your item. We will need your order number, images of the fault and a small description... please email maliathelabel23@gmail.com.

If your garment has a minor fault we will assist you in organising a replacement or a repair. If it is deemed a major fault, you will have the choice of a replacement, credit note or refund.
